Not good
This app had way more information than expected. But the only problem for me was the drop down box. Why is it that the background is gray but the letters are white. Fix this and I'll definitely rate this with 5 stars
App was great. The diet sucked. I gained 4 lbs. in my 1st week.
My starting weight was 179.6 I did the military diet for 3 day but I didn't exercise I now weight 173.0.....I shed 6 lbs in 3 day.....GREAT!!!! I will continue for another 30 day....

I totally agree with Cody Backer as a former vet i was disappointed that no directions for cold wet scrambled eggs salt and tabasco..or...copenhagen brewed with your coffee...or even exercise...chain smoke two marboro reds throw in a dip then run 2.5 miles smoke some more ...place a fresh dip then finish out 2.5 miles more...where does the app even have for cheap whiskey intake it is a key componet when losing wieght ... Drink until passed out then wake up zero dark 30 and run until you barf and run some more .....
LOWERED RATING UNTIL YOU GUYS CHANGE THE BACKGROUND BUTTONS TO BE MORE VISIBLE. WHITE TEXT ON WHITE BUTTONS??? Come on people. Seen app & installed, went out & spent about $150 on a month of food on 1-2017. Started at 245 lbs and 5'11'. Killed me the first three days but when I weighed in only four days later I was at 235. YES 235. I STUCK TO EXACT DIET. On second week ,I stick to the 4,5,6,7th day menu (measuring cups for everything)& on second week I am at 225. I remain active. Become week easier due to low calorie but when it says fast. UPDATE: 25 DAYS AND 28 LBS LOST!
Everyone's talking about how they've lost some amount of weight on this. As a woman who's been overweight since her first child four years ago I'm very interested. But my question is is it safe to be losing that much weight at one time
